1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing Friends Guide (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a multi-store inventory and billing platform supporting B2B and B2C sales channels, purchase management, stock transfers, and a personal expense-tracking module for customers. Access is provided through separate account types (Admin, Merchant, Employee, Store, and Customer), each with its own independent login and permissions.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Account types are independent of one another — holding one type of account (for example, Customer) does not grant access to another (for example, Merchant), even when the same email address is used. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Merchant & Store Data

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of product, pricing, and inventory data they enter into the Service. Pricing shown to customers is resolved automatically using company-specific rates, store-level overrides, or the catalog base price, in that order, and merchants are responsible for configuring these correctly.

5. Customer Personal Finance Module

Customer accounts may optionally be used to log personal vehicles, expenses, and loans. This data is provided by you and used solely to generate the summaries and reports displayed back to you within the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of any figures you enter, including loan principal and interest details.

6. Payments

Where the Service facilitates recording of orders, purchases, or payments, all amounts, balances, and payment statuses are maintained for record-keeping purposes based on the information you provide. The Service does not itself process card or bank payments unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, guard, or store's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent inventory, order, or financial data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Friends Guide and its licensors. Data you enter into the Service — such as your product catalog, inventory records, and expense entries — remains yours.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain records may be retained after termination as required for audit trails or legal compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friends Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including inaccuracies in data you have entered.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
